Chai Tapioca Pudding

My grandchildren love this Chai Tapioca Pudding recipe! You can enjoy it for breakfast, snack or dessert.


1/2 cup raw cane sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup tapioca granules

3 eggs

4 cups milk

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/2 teaspoon chai spice

Place sugar, salt, tapioca and eggs in a large sauce pan. Whisk to combine ingredients. Stir in milk. Cook over medium-high heat stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and chai spice. Serve warm or cold. Delicious with whip cream sprinkled with chai spice!

Makes 6 to 8 servings
