Cheesy Potatoes - Farm Girl Fresh

Cheesy Potatoes

One dish that is often requested by family members for our get-togethers are these cheesy potatoes.  We have taken the original version of this holiday favorite and replaced the canned soup with a creamy white sauce.  It is fun to recreate these family favorites and remove processed foods from the recipes and create something tastier with purer ingredients.

When shopping for your groceries, remember to read the labels, especially the hash brown potatoes.  You might be surprised to see more than just potatoes in the ingredient listing.  Try to choose a brand that only lists potatoes.

Other recipes for our chicken broth, dried onion seasoning, onion powder and seasoned salt can be found in our book, “Eating Pure in a Processed Foods World®”.Cheesy Potatoes
