Easy Appetizer Mushrooms

There will be no leftovers when serving these Easy Appetizer Mushrooms at your party! This is one of the easiest appetizers to make and everyone (kids included) loves them.

Since we have family members that are sensitive to dairy, I substitute clarified butter (ghee) in all recipes that call for butter.  If you’re interested in making your own ghee, we explain how in our book, Eating Pure in a Processed Foods World® on page 63.

Easy Appetizer Mushrooms

24 ounces fresh mushrooms
3/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup ranch seasoning (pg. 125 of Eating Pure in a Processed Foods World®) A single recipe of our ranch seasoning makes 1/4 cup – just the right amount to use when making these delicious mushrooms.

Wash and stem mushrooms. Place in a slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low 3 to 4 hours.

Makes 12 to 15 servings
