Easy Irish Soup

A friend of ours (who is Irish) requested us to create a clean, tasty recipe for sauerkraut sausage soup. Now don’t let the combination of these two ingredients scare you! Our Easy Irish Soup (new name with no fear of the sauerkraut ingredient) is absolutely delicious! The subtle flavor of sauerkraut with the smoked sausage is delightful. This soup is full of healthy, nutrient-rich ingredients. It is a must try recipe and one that could soon be on your favorite list!

The base for this soup is chicken broth. Click here to learn how to make homemade broth or find recipe on page 158 of Eating Pure in a Processed Foods World®.
