FRIED EGG SANDWICH

1 tablespoon butter
1 or 2 eggs
2 pieces of toast (we like sourdough bread)
Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Fry 1 or 2 eggs (we like broken yolks) and put between two pieces of buttered toast.
