I decided to go round today and pressed the dough (using a baggy) into an 11 inch circle on parchment paper on my round pizza stone.
After it was cool, I transferred the crust to a large round platter, spread the dip on the crust, and created a delicious dessert with raspberries, blueberries and kiwi.
