Everyone loves this gluten-free Fruit Pizza made with our Cinnamon Cream Apple Dip. It is a super simple snack, appetizer or dessert. Plus, it’s kid-approved!  A fun treat for days just like today!

I decided to go round today and pressed the dough (using a baggy) into an 11 inch circle on parchment paper on my round pizza stone.

After it was cool, I transferred the crust to a large round platter, spread the dip on the crust, and created a delicious dessert with raspberries, blueberries and kiwi.


Gluten-Free Pie Crust (page 62)
2/3 cup Cinnamon Cream Apple Dip
Fruit (blueberries, kiwi, raspberries, strawberries, etc.)

Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare pie crust as directed and press into a 9 x 9 inch glass pan (or you may spread it out to an 11 inch circle on parchment paper placed on a round baking stone).  Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before spreading dip over crust. Be creative and place desired fruit on top of dip. Enjoy!
