Fruity Chicken Salad - Farm Girl Fresh

Fruity Chicken Salad

Deciding what to make for lunch sometimes feels like a constant struggle. I love making a big batch of cold salad to eat for lunches. However, I’ve been getting a little tired of my salad recipes, so I created this chicken salad with some fruit in it. Grapes and pineapple give it just the right amount of sweetness!

I usually use left over chicken from the night before or thaw some of the shredded chicken I have frozen. See how to make a Whole Chicken in the Instant Pot.
