We love pizza! This gluten-free crust is a great option for family members sensitive to wheat. It’s made with eggs, riced cauliflower, shredded cheese and our very own Italian seasoning mix.
Combine crust ingredients and spread on parchment lined baking sheet.
After baking, gently slide parchment paper and crust onto cooling rack.
Flip crust over onto baking sheet and remove parchment.
Spread thin layer of sauce over crust.
Sprinkle your favorite toppings on sauce.
Ready to bake a few more minutes.
GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA CRUST
2 eggs
2 cups riced cauliflower
2 cups shredded cheese (raw cheddar, Parmesan or mozzarella)
1/2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning (pg. 125)
TOPPINGS
1/3 cup pizza sauce (pg. 257)
1/2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning (pg. 125)
Pepperoni, ham, sausage, bacon
Onions, peppers, pineapple, mushrooms, olives
1 cup shredded raw cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 450o F. Combine crust ingredients and spread evenly on a parchment lined pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake 15 to 17 minutes. Remove from oven and slide parchment with crust onto a cooling rack. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes. Flip crust over onto baking sheet. Spread with sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Add your favorite pizza toppings. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 12 to 15 minutes.
