The fresh “live” juice can be absorbed easily into your body for almost instant health benefits. This article summarizes the many healing effects of juicing and gives definitions of the different juicers on the market. This is a great juicer and well worth your investment.

Scott and I enjoy a juice drink every morning. (We are on our third juicer in 35 years.) Our favorite vegetables to use are carrots, celery, apples, beets, pineapple, cucumber, lemon and ginger in a variety of combinations. This is one of the juice drink recipes you will find in our book, Eating Pure in a Processed Foods World®.  Juicing Picture
