With the holiday festivities done, and life getting back to normal, I thought there’s no better time to get back into routine and plan my menu for the next week. I recently put together a “Menu Wall” in my kitchen; I’m so excited to use it (and it’s a great way to keep myself accountable too!) Here’s the shopping list to get you started!
Weekend Prep: Make beef bone broth (this will give you additional beef broth to freeze and have on hand to make meal prep easier another week). Make chicken broth and shredded chicken. Make Fajita Seasoning Mix, soak and cook black beans. Chop celery and carrots for celery stir-fry and store in ziplock bag in fridge. Make Honey Roasted Cashews (pg.101). Make Blueberry Gelatin Cups. Make Italian Dressing (pg. 150) Make Pizza Sauce (pg. 257).
Look at the recipes and check your spice mixes to see if you need to replenish any over the weekend.
Monday: Fajita Soup, Cajun Crackers (pg. 126) or Corn Chips, Guacamole (pg. 127)
Tuesday: Celery Stir-Fry (pg. 101), Blueberry Gelatin Cups
Wednesday: Supreme Pizza Stir-Fry (pg. 259), Salad with Italian Dressing (pg. 150)
Thursday: Beef Stroganoff, Carrot sticks or Steamed carrots (pg.90)
Friday: Chicken Tenders (pg. 129), Steamed Peas (pg. 169), Potato Wedges
