What do you make when you’re tired of preserving and have a partial case of pears ripening in the fridge? Pear Blueberry Crisp!
This turned out to be a simple dessert that I made in the morning with ingredients I had on hand. After cooling, I put it in the fridge not knowing when we would eat it. Later that afternoon, we got unexpected company and it was a delicious treat to serve at the end of our meal.
