PEAR CRANBERRY CRISP

5 Bartlett pears, washed, peeled and cored

1-1/2 cups halved cranberries

1/2 cup honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons gelatin

CRUMBLE TOPPING:

1-1/2 cups rolled oats

2/3 cup almond flour

3 tablespoons honey

1/3 cup butter or coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375o F. In a large bowl, stir together sliced pears, cranberries, honey and cinnamon. Place in a buttered 9 x 9 glass pan. Sprinkle gelatin over mixture.

In a medium bowl, stir together topping. Spread crumble topping evenly over filling. Bake 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool on counter at least 2 hours for gelatin to set up.

Makes 9 servings
