Perfect Rice in the Instant Pot

This week we would like to share how to make perfect rice in your Instant Pot. It is quick and easy. And the result, perfect rice that is light and fluffy. As a general rule, you can use a 1-to-1 water to rice ratio. You can make as little, or as much rice in an Instant Pot as you would like.

We suggest using white basmati rice or jasmine rice after reading the current research on rice. Tests have found a higher level of arsenic in rice due to being grown in water which makes the arsenic more easily absorbed into the roots and stored in the grains. We suggest incorporating it into your menu on a limited basis due to the levels of arsenic.
