Spinach Strawberry Salad
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon minced onion
7 cups fresh spinach, rinsed and dried
5 cups whole strawberries, cleaned, hulled and sliced
1/4 cup slivered almonds
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
Place honey, oil, vinegar, paprika and onion in a blender. Blend until smooth. Cover and chill 1 hour. In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries and almonds.
Just before serving, toss well with dressing and sesame seeds.
Makes 4 servings
